omnirak® Beverage Racks
omnirak® is an adjustable multi-level beverage racking system that features compartments to easily load and unload product with no double handling. omnirak® holds bottles or cans, or a combination of both, occupies minimum floor space, and can be sized to fit all types of vehicles. They are open on both sides, greatly increasing efficiency. Their flow-thru design makes product more accessible and easier to rotate. First-in first-out rotation places older merchandise to the front so that it is the next to go out. The omnirak®protects cases from puncture and damage.
The omnirak® allows you to easily accomodate package size changes. Simply adjust the rack spacing based on your requirements. Additional shelves are easily installed.
Servicing a 14-bay truck can be a nightmare, but not with omnirak® Beverage Racks. Products are separated and easily accessible with up to 64 flavor selections of either 20 oz. or cans. High volume products are loaded in bulk compartments.
Increased brand proliferation has challenged the beverage industry and created higher distribution costs due to handling multiple brands and flavors. By adding two or more omniraks® to each route truck, clients have reported greater delivery efficiency. omnirak® allows drivers to access lower volume brands without unstacking and restacking product.
omnirak® is made of extruded high strength aluminum which is much stronger than sheet aluminum used in other racks. We overbuild the omnirak® to minimize forklift abuse. omnirak® is also pallet jack movable, forklift loadable, and is adjustable. omnirak® is tough; however, if damage should occur, it is easily repaired. Simply remove the damaged pieces of aluminum extrusions that make up the shelves and uprights, and replace them. By using bolts instead of welds, the rack is not only stronger but repairs are done quickly and in-house with simple tools. Base is constructed of non-abrasive, engineered plastic for strength and durability.
Because of its modular construction, omnirak® is available for most truck bay widths and heights, and can be assembled at our factory, assembled at your location by our factory staff, or assembed by your staff. omnirak® is stackable when empty.
